Dr. Emmanuel Anglo is a Senior Associate Scientist at Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions in Calgary, Alberta specializing in regulatory dispersion modelling and emissions reporting for facilities in Western Canada including the Alberta Oil Sands. His 25-year project experience covers energy, mining, cement, petrochemicals, transportation, and waste management in the rest of Canada, Australia, Southeast Asia, South America, and the Middle East.
He completed his Ph.D. in Meteorology from the University of the Philippines, and received a Fulbright Scholarship for post-doctoral studies at the Colorado State University, in Ft. Collins, CO. His experience includes more than 10 years of teaching courses in Meteorology, Environmental Science, and Science and Society.
His research interests include developing innovative tools and methods in dispersion modelling, modelling urban air quality, and statistical applications in climate change and tropical meteorology.
