Ms. Linda M. Kemp is the national Air Services Practice Leader for Arcadis, U.S., Inc. She has has over 30 years of consulting experience and more than 25 years focused on resolving air quality challenges facing our clients. Her expertise includes strategic air permitting and compliance, emissions measurement and development of process-specific emission factors, management of change and its impact on air permits, permitting and enforcement negotiations, and evaluation of emissions impacts on communities. Ms. Kemp has worked in a variety of industrial sectors, including mining, chemical, manufacturing, oil & gas, municipal, Federal, and aerospace. Prior to joining Arcadis, she owned and directed an environmental compliance firm for four years that specialized in air quality. Ms. Kemp has authored and presented papers on environmental regulations, NEPA, air permitting, and source reduction strategies. She has won client awards for outstanding service and professional association awards for environmental planning. Ms. Kemp is passionate about helping clients achieve their business and air compliance objectives. She is equally committed to leading Arcadis' national Air team and supporting the professional development of each team member. In her spare time, she enjoys time with her husband and family exploring the beautiful state of Colorado where she lives.
