Ms. Weeks is a senior principal engineer at Geosyntec Consultants (Geosyntec) with over 30 years of experience managing projects in the areas of waste management, site assessment and remediation, and environmental risk management. She has served as the program manager/director for multiple multi-million-dollar assessment, remediation, engineering, and environmental compliance contracts. She currently serves on the firm's Market and Client Development Team and is responsible for developing business development training programs for practitioners at all levels. She also assists the firm in developing strategies designed to align Geosyntec resources and capabilities with our clients’ current and anticipated technical needs for environmental compliance. She has served as a Client Advocate for several utility clients - focusing her efforts on understanding the clients' needs and bringing the best team together to meet client objectives. Ms. Weeks has been involved with the Air and Waste Management Association (AWMA) in the State of Florida, serving on the conference committee for several years. She represents Geosyntec’s interest in the Utility Solid Waste Activities Group (USWAG) and keeps abreast of upcoming regulations through her involvement in USWAG, leading power-related conferences, and by working closely with professionals within the firm. She works closely with many of our legal clients and is active in the American Bar Association (ABA) and DRI and has served in several leadership positions in the Florida Brownfields Association (FBA). For many years, she has participated in the Hinkley Center for Solid and Hazardous Waste Management, serving as the Research Selection Committee Chair and most recently, as well as the Chairman of the Board.
