Visiting a health care provider is stressful for children with autism spectrum and developmental disorders. A video journey will show the emergency department experience through a child’s eyes. Faculty then will discuss how providers can manage the stimulation and unfamiliarity of a medical setting so they can examine the child and conduct procedures.
