Pediatricians frequently seem mystified by new technologies for evaluating children with intellectual disabilities or delays. They may order tests inappropriately or refer to genetic experts. However, clinical genetics resources are limited. This session will provide information for pediatricians on the basic work-up and how to choose and interpret genetic testing.
