While 2%-5% of school-age children have a neurodevelopmental disability associated with prenatal alcohol exposure (PAE), many are never diagnosed appropriately. This session will enhance attendees’ ability to screen for PAE during health supervision visits and recognize the link between neurodevelopmental disorder and fetal alcohol spectrum disorder.
