Bowel function, specifically constipation, plays an important role in common pediatric urologic problems. Treatment of constipation has become a cornerstone in managing urinary tract infection, vesicoureteral reflux, and wetting. Faculty will discuss the relationship between bowel and bladder dysfunction, diagnosis of constipation, management, and the struggle with compliance.
