Kaushik H. Sharma, BDS, DMD, MPA earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from A.J. Institute of Dental Sciences, Mangalore, India and Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, USA. He also completed an internship and a surgical residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia. This was followed by a fellowship in Oral/Head and Neck Oncologic and Microvascular Reconstructive Surgery in Minneapolis, MN. Then, he went on to earn his Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, NJ.
Dr. Sharma moved to Wisconsin to join the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the Marshfield Medical Center – Marshfield in December 2020. Dr. Sharma’s practice is focused on head and neck cancer, salivary gland tumors, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, skull base surgery and microvascular reconstruction of head and neck defects, maxillofacial trauma, orthognathic surgery, TMJ diseases, obstructive sleep apnea, odontogenic infections and dentoalveolar surgery. He strives to deliver the highest quality and compassionate surgical care to his patients. He sees his patients’ problems as a challenge and works together with the patient to arrive at a solution.
In his free time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, cooking for his wife and spending time with his family.
