Dr. Aronovich is a fellowship-trained board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with over 10 years of experience in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Maxillomandibular advancement (MMA) surgery for OSA is one of his primary clinical and research interest. Dr. Aronovich has lectured extensively on the evaluation and management of adult and pediatric OSA, outcomes of MMA surgery, as well as the management of complications associated with MMA surgery. As part of the multidisciplinary alternatives to CPAP program at Michigan Medicine, Dr. Aronovich treats patients alongside colleagues in sleep medicine, otolaryngology, and dental sleep medicine, and will impart perspectives on the use of MMA surgery in the hierarchy of available treatment options.
