Orbital wall fractures are a relatively common fracture. The incidence of orbital wall fracture is 10 percent to 25 percent among all facial fractures. Failure to accurately diagnose and manage these injuries can result in significant functional and cosmetic deformity. Orbital reconstruction is challenging due to the complex bony anatomy and the proximity of adjacent structures.
