The modern OMS implant practice relies on staff, doctor referrals and external support to ensure consistent, successful outcomes. In addition, consistent evaluation of practice numbers and indicators against goals and benchmarks gives the surgeon a systematic way to ensure practice health and success. Last year presented many new challenges to running a profitable oral surgery practice, thus requiring the need for the team to focus more on running a practice similar to a CEO would. Participants will leave with the necessary strategies for them to lead their dental implant team and create a team approach and accountability to facilitate implant practice growth in a low-stress environment.
