Dr. Nancy Sandoval is a practicing physician caring for many patients in her specialty field, Infectious Disease. Working at Roosevelt Hospital, one of the largest public hospitals in Guatemala City, she also acts as Chief of Service of a Medical Unit and Coordinator of Infection Control for Patient Safety in the Internal Medicine Department. Dr. Sandoval is also a member of the Nosocomial Infections Committee and AMS program at Roosevelt Hospital. In addition, she serves as the President of the Guatemalan Infectious Disease Association, where her goal is to improve the care of patients suffering from infectious diseases.
