Dr
GSK, Wavre, Belgium
I am a clinician with more than 14 years experince in clinical development within Pharma industry, prophylactic and immunotherapeutic settings. During my carrier, I covered clinical development programs in all populations, from pregannt women & newborns to older adults populations.
Soon after my MD degree, I was very much attracted by the fundamental research. I joined the Christian de Duve Institut in Brussels where I studied a gene potentially involved in proteins deglycation in diabetic patients. At the end of my assignment, I joined the the Cellular and Molecular Pharmacology Unit at UCL Belgium where I studies the antibiotic resistance (Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Streptococcus pneumoniae) in a cohort of patients issued from Brussels hospitals (pharmacodynamic /pharmacokynetic study). I joined GSK Vaccines in 2006 where I had the oppurtunity to work in clinical development for Neisseria meningitidis, ASCI cancer immunothepapy, DTP /dTap vaccines, polyomielitis, HIB and more recentlly RSV in older adults population. ORCID personal identifier: 0000-0003-3992-9549.
Through all my carrier I demostrated my commitment to bring to the patients life-saving vaccines and treatments. This is someting which is very close to my heart and a strong motivation for a physician working in pharma industry, like me.
