Mandana Naderi, PharmD, BCIDP is an instructor with the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy Department of Pharmacy Practice and Science in Phoenix, Arizona. She also serves as the Antimicrobial Stewardship Expert with the Arizona Department of Health Services, and is a staff pharmacist at Chandler Regional Medical Center. She completed a specialized pharmacy residency in infectious diseases at Banner University Medical Center- Tucson through the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy. She currently collaborates with the Arizona Department of Health Services to promote antimicrobial stewardship across a variety of health care settings within the state of Arizona.
Kimberly Halton Welker, PharmD is a clinical infectious disease pharmacist at Mercy Gilbert Medical Center in Gilbert, Arizona. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from Midwestern University College of Pharmacy- Glendale and completed an American Society of Health System Pharmacist accredited residency at Primary Children’s Medical Center (Intermountain Healthcare) in Salt Lake City, Utah. She completed an Infectious Disease specialty residency with the University of Houston College of Pharmacy and Cardinal Health in Houston, Texas.
