Ann Chou, PhD, MPH, MA is Professor in the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center’s College of Medicine. Ann is a health services researcher by training, and has a background in implementation science, organizational behavior, and strategic management. She has been engaging in scholarly and teaching activities that focus on provider-patient relationship, quality improvement and patient safety, implementation and dissemination of innovations, and the delivery of best practices.
