Grant Ellsworth graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University and worked in the defense industry before attending medical school at the University of Utah. He completed residency in Med-Peds at the same institiution and then followed his husband to New York City and completed ID fellowship at the NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center. He then joined the faculty at Weill Cornell Medicine. His primary research focus is screening and prevention of HPV-related diseases including cancer. He is the site-PI for the AIDS Malignancy Consortium and the ANCHOR study.
