My name is Xing Tan, PharmD, BCIDP, AAHIVP. I am an Infectious Diseases Pharmacotherapy Fellow at University of Illinois at Chicago. I am passionate about personalized medicine in infectious diseases, especially in difficult-to-treat patient populations. My research interest areas include Clostridioides difficile infection, biofilm-associated infections, Gram-negative resistance mechanisms, and optimization of antimicrobials among patients undergoing renal replacement therapies.
