Disclosure: I do not have any relevant financial / non-financial relationships with any proprietary interests.
I am Vinoja Sebanayagam, a fourth year medical student from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, MI. I am currently involved in conducting clinical research in diverse sub-specialties of Internal Medicine, including Infectious Diseases, Pulmonary and Critical care medicine, as well as Oncology. I have prior experience in graduate level basic science research in the fields of psychology/cognitive and computational neuroscience. Specifically, my graduate work focused on devising an entropy-based metric of eye movement variability to quantify the visual information encoded by individuals to subsequently aid memory processes. I hope to focus my clinical research to a sub-specialty of choice in the near future.
