Alyson L. Singleton, MA is a recent graduate from the Brown University School of Public Health where she studied Biostatistics and was a graduate research assistant for the Marshall Research Group. She is now an ORISE Data Science Fellow at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where she develops analytic tools for outbreak detection and triage of multiple pathogens. She is most interested in the roles computational epidemiology and infectious disease modeling techniques can play in creating equitable distributions of health.
