Dr. Green receieved her Bachelors in Biochemistry at North Carolina State University and her Doctorate in Pharmacy at the Eshleman School of Pharmacy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She went on to complete a PGY1 Acute Care Pharmacy Residency at Atrium Health's Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina and stayed on to pursue specialized training as the PGY2 Infectious Diseases (ID) Pharmacy Resident.
