Jane C. Yoon, MD, is currently a third-year fellow of infectious diseases at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA. She attended medical school at the Medical College of Georgia, and she received her internal medicine residency training at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, where she also completed a chief resident year. After enjoying formative adventures in the Northeast, she moved back down to her home state of GA for ID fellowship in the city she loves, ATL. Her current research interests include the implementation and study of local public health interventions as they intersect with infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, tuberculosis, HIV, and STIs. In her free time, Jane enjoys anything that involves quality time with friends and family; trying new restaurants, playing board games, going on weekend hikes, and planning the next vacation are some of her favorite things.
