I am an Infectious Diseases specialist in Des Moines, Iowa. Besides my daily clinical practice activities, I am also part of an Antimicrobial Stewardship Program that provides support for hospitals in the Des Moines Metro area, as well as rural hospitals throughout Iowa. I also work closely with our Internal Medicine and Clinical Pharmacy residents in quality improvement projects aimed at optimizing use of rapid diagnostic tests.
