My name is Laurel Gordon and I am currently a fourth year medical student at Loyola University Chicago School of Medicine. I am applying for residency in pediatrics; my particular interests are in pediatric genetics, endocrinology, and infectious disease. I am very much looking forward to learning more about hot topics in infectious disease and seeing the types of research that my peers are pursuing in this field.
