Bethany is a 4th year medical student at the University of Pittsburgh with an interest in infectious disease epidemiology and vaccines. Before medical school, she worked as a research coordinator in pediatric infectious diseases at Emory University, where she also studied global epidemiology and contributed research related to rotavirus vaccine effectiveness and uptake in the US. She is currently applying into OB-GYN residency and has a developing interest vaccination during pregnancy and reproductive ID.
