Youchan Song, PharmD, MS is a clinical pharmacist at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Youchan grew up in Seoul, South Korea, where he completed his BS in pharmacy and MS in immunology from Seoul National University. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Minnesota. He then completed his general pharmacy practice residency and an infectious diseases pharmacy residency at Abbott Northwestern Hospital. His professional interests include inpatient and outpatient antimicrobial stewardship, public health initiatives in antimicrobial stewardship, and pharmacy informatics. Youchan is also passionate about bridging the gap between the scientific community and the clinical specialists.
