My name is Anna Apostolopoulou and I am a PGY-3 Internal Medicine Resident at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. I am applying for an ID fellowship this season and I am particularly interested in Infectious Diseases in the Immunocompromised Host. During my residency, I decided to investigate the correlation between non-influenza respiratory infections and invasive pulmonary aspergillosis in solid organ transplant recipients.
