I, Elwyn Welch, PharmD, am a PGY2 Infectious Diseases pharmacy resident at the Michael E DeBakey VA Medical Center. I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy in 2019 and completed a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency at the Michael E DeBakey VA Medical Center in 2020. I would like to pursue a career as an inpatient infectious diseases clinical pharmacy specialist.
