Dr. Justin Moore, PharmD is an Infectious Diseases Clinical Pharmacist at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Justin is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2018 after receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Virginia. He completed a PGY-1 & PGY-2 ID Pharmacy Residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. His current role includes infectious diseases clinical consult services, antimicrobial stewardship, and clinical outcomes research. He is an active member of the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists.
