Stephen J Fallon, PhD, is the Co-Founder and Executive Director for Latinos Salud, a South Florida minority-based HIV testing, prevention, and AIDS services organization with locations in Wilton Manors, Miami Beach and Westchester. Dr Fallon has previously directed HRSA's national hub for technical assistance to the Ryan White community (the TARGET Center). Through his consultancy, Skills4, he has trained staff, developed boards, written grants, evaluated programs, and facilitated community health forums in 42 states, consulting for the Centers for Disease Control, the U.S. Office of Minority Health, the National Minority AIDS Council, and several states' Departments of Health. Dr Fallon's research has appeared in The Journal of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndromes, AIDS and Behavior, The Journal of Urban Health, and in community publications such as Positively Aware magazine.
