We are fourth year pharmacy students Steve Liu, Selam Monjor and Paochee Moua, guided by associate professor Dr. Evan J. Zasowski, Pharm.D., MPH, BCPS, BCIDP from Touro University California College of pharmacy. As a group, we all share a strong interest in investigating unexplored topics in clinical research, which drew us together as a team to collaborate. We undertook this project with the goal of broaden our skillsets as developing pharmacy students. This meta-analysis was the first research endeavor for many of us in the group, and served as a valuable learning experience in research processes and statistical analysis.
