Bryan has been with Denver Health Medical Center since 2010, and became the Infection Prevention Manager in 2018. Prior to becoming the manager Bryan served as a statistical researcher, infection preventionist and senior biostatistician. He completed his Master of Public Health in Epidemiology at UCLA and worked on communicable diseases for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment prior to moving over to Denver Health. He has extensive experience with data reporting, statistical methods, research methodology, regulatory compliance as well as infection prevention methods. Previous first-author publications have focused on developing methods for reducing chart review burden on Infection Preventionists and examining the impact of electronic hand hygiene technology and performance improvement interventions on hospital-acquired infection rates.
