Dayna McManus currently serves as the Senior Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Infectious Diseases at Yale-New Haven Hospital as well as the PGY2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Residency Director. Prior to her current role Dayna served as the Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Infectious Diseases at Inova Fairfax Hospital. Dayna is board certified in Pharmacotherapy with Added Qualifications in Infectious Diseases. Dayna received her doctorate of pharmacy degree from The Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers University in 2012. Dayna completed her Pharmacy Practice Residency and subsequently completed an Infectious Disease Pharmacy Practice Residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Dayna’s areas of interest and research within infectious diseases include antimicrobial stewardship, infections and stewardship in immunosuppressed patients, immunizations and antimicrobial resistance.
