William Alegria, PharmD BCIDP is an Infectious Diseases Clinical Pharmacist and Antimicrobial Stewardship Consultant with the Stanford Antimicrobial Safety and Sustainability Program. He is a Lecturer in the Division of Infectious Diseases and Geographic Medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine. In his role as a member of the antimicrobial stewardship program, Dr. Alegria focuses on optimizing antimicrobial use in immunocompromised patients.
