Professor Najwa Khuri-Bulos is a distinguished professor of pediatric and infectious disease at the university of Jordan. She graduated with distinction from the american university of beirut as an MD and trained at Hopkins, Yale, North Carolina and University of Colorado where she obtained the american board of pediatrics and later the american board of pediatric infectious disease.
She Joined the University of Jordan. medical school where she established the department of pediatrics, the pediatric infectious disease division and served on many committees the most important of which was the immunizaiton committee in Jordan where she headed the NITAG and is now a member of the RTAG. She has multiple publications and is currently an adjunct professor of Pediatric infectious disease at Vanderbilt University where she is conducting a study on respiratory viruses with Dr. Halasa at that center.
