My name is Dung Nguyen. I'm a DMPK investigator. I started in GSK discovery DMPK in 2001 for 7 years before joining in development DMPK. I had earned a B.Sc at Pharmacology & Toxicology from University of Science Philadelphia (USP) and a MSc in Model-Based Drug Development from Univeristy of Manchester in July 2020. I have over 19 years of experience in drug disposition and metabolism areas. My knowledge and hand-on skills broadly cover in vitro metabolic stability, enzymology (inhibition, induction and reaction phenotype) studies. I am also an experienced modeler who is able to integrate pre-clinical and clinical data to develop mechanistic PBPK models for NCE to predict DDI risk assisting project development.
