Pamela Moise PharmD is Global Director Medical Affairs (GDMA) for Gram-negative antibiotics in the department of Global Medical and Scientific Affairs, Merck Research Labs, Merck & Co., Inc, Kenilworth, New Jersey. Pam has a long history of anti-infective experience, including 12 years in Medical Affairs roles at Merck and Cubist, and 8 years clinical experience.
Prior to joining the pharmaceutical industry, Dr. Moise had 8 years of infectious disease clinical experience in academic / clinical / research, where she was a clinical pharmacist, university lecturer, and involved with clinical research, including being a medical enrollment monitor for an anti-infective compassionate use study.
While Dr. Moise’s most recent focus has been with medical affairs strategy, she has also published over 35 peer-reviewed articles, literature reviews, book chapters, editorials, case reports, and letters with a focus on Gram-negative and Gram-positive antibiotics.
Dr. Moise earned her PharmD degree from Butler University School of Pharmacy, and completed an Infectious Disease and Critical Care Clinical Research Fellowship at The Clinical Pharmacokinetics Lab at Millard Fillmore Hospital.
