Frank Spinelli completed his medical training in New York. He was the Clinical Medical Director of HIV at Mt. Sinai while also in private practice. Over the course of his twenty-year career, he has participated in clinical trials, authored two books and contributed chapters to several medical books focusing on the intersection of child sexual abuse and HIV. He has been featured on Morning Jolt on Sirius radio, hosted Duelling Doctors and appeared in three documentaries. Before joining ViiV in 2015, he served as the Vice-Chair of Gay Men’s Health Crisis. Currently, he is the Medical Director, US Patient Affairs and co-leads the HIV and Aging Team.
