Theo Loo is the research manager at Mazonson & Santas Inc. Prior to this, he managed the arboviral surveillance system at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. Theo received his MS in Public Health at the University of California-Berkeley School of Public Health and his BS in Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
