Senior Research Associate
National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)
Taylor Musser, MPH, CPHQ is a Senior Research Associate at NCQA. Ms. Musser oversees the development and implementation of health care performance measures for states, health plans and providers. She provides project direction on multiple federal contracts and nonprofit grants. She frequently represents NCQA as a subject matter, scientific and technical expert at external workgroups and presentations.
Before her tenure at NCQA, Ms. Musser served as a Senior Research Analyst at the Advisory Board Company examining national post-acute care responses to payment reform. She spent two years at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention supporting electronic domestic influenza surveillance. She has technical experience in data collection, database management and epidemiologic methods. Ms. Musser received an MPH in epidemiology from Emory University and holds a BS in microbiology and immunology from the University of Minnesota.
