Melissa Weimer, DO, MCR is a clinician-educator who is board certified in Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine. She is the Medical Director of the Yale Addiction Medicine Consult Service. Dr. Weimer has a clinical and research focus on improving the care of patients with substance use disorders, particularly in the hospital setting. She is a strong patient advocate and has worked diligently to expand the workforce of healthcare professionals who can treat patients with substance use disorders.
