I am an emplyed ID physician at CoxHealth in Springfield, MO. I do inpatient and outpatient general ID, HIV, HCV, and I am the medical director of Infectious Diseases department. This entails antimcrobial stewardship and Infection prevention and hospital epi. I have been very invoved with IDSA and clinical affairs and have worked on "value of ID" initiatives. I cherish the relationships I have made through volunteer work with IDSA. These have proven invalueable during COVID-19 pandemic preparations. I currently work very hard on COVID-19 preparations for my health care system, community, and my state. I enjoy teaching medical students from the University of Missouri and I am the medical director for CoxHealth Clinical Research Department.
