Vivek Jain, MD, MAS is an Associate Professor of Medicine and Infectious Diseases. He works in the Division of HIV, Infectious Diseases & Global Medicine at San Francisco General Hospital, University of California, San Francisco. There, he is the Director of the Infectious Diseases Clinic, Co-Director of Infection Control and Prevention, clinically active in HIV and infectious diseases, and conducts implementation science research focused on innovations to improve HIV and ID care both in the US and in Sub-Saharan Africa.
