Sarah R. Blevins, PharmD received her pharmacy degree from East Tennessee State University Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy. She completed a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency and PGY2 infectious diseases residency at Indiana University Health. She is a Board Certified Infectious Diseases Pharmacist and is credentialed through the American Academy of HIV Medicine. She serves as a member of the American Academy of HIV Medicine pharmacist committee. Dr. Blevins currently serves as the HIV clinical pharmacist at UK HealthCare’s Bluegrass Care Clinic.
