Dr. Karin Chen is an Associate Professor in the Division of Immunology, Department of Pediatrics at the University of Washington School of Medicine and Seattle Children’s Hospital. She is the Associate Program Director for the Allergy and Immunology Fellowship Training Program. She is an allergist/immunologist and focuses her clinical practice on the evaluation and care of patients with primary immunodeficiencies.
Her research involves the investigation of primary immunodeficiency diseases, with an emphasis in genetics and disease pathogenesis, and immune dysregulation in immune deficiency disorders.
