Joshua P. Klein, MD, PhD, is a neurologist who specializes in hospital neurology and diagnostic neuroimaging. He is Vice Chair for Clinical Affairs and the founding Chief of the Division of Hospital Neurology in the Department of Neurology at Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH). He is also Associate Professor of Neurology and Radiology at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Klein is Secretary of the American Society of Neuroimaging, a member of the Board of Directors of the Neurohospitalist Society, and Editor-in-Chief of "The Neurohospitalist" journal. He is a frequent lecturer at national and international conferences and has published across many areas of clinical neurology. With Allan H. Ropper and Martin A. Samuels he co-authored the 10th and 11th editions of the textbook “Adams and Victor's Principles of Neurology”. Dr. Klein was selected as BWH/MGH Neurology Faculty Teacher of the Year in 2012 and as a Distinguished Clinician at BWH in 2017. He is a Fellow of the American Neurological Association (FANA), the American Society of Neuroimaging (FASN), and the American Academy of Neurology (FAAN). Dr. Klein is also a Visiting Professor at St. Luke's College of Medicine in Manila, Philippines and was recently an Invited Professor at the Universidad de Ciencias Medicas de La Habana in Havana, Cuba.
