Dr. Wong is the Chief Medical Officer of the Nephrology Care Alliance, a physician-provider partnership seeking to empower nephrologists to succeed in new value-based payment models, leverage data and tools to engage patients, and better manage chronic kidney disease. He is Chair of Quality Improvement and Education on the Executive Committee of Nephrologists Transforming Dialysis Safety (NTDS), a major initiative of the ASN Alliance for Kidney Health. He is currently the Associate Medical Director of the Cleveland Clinic Medicare Accountable Care Organization and previously served as Vice-Chairman of the Cleveland Clinic Department of Nephrology and Hypertension and Director of End-Stage Renal Disease and Dialysis.
