Non-IgE-mediated gastrointestinal food-induced allergic disorders (non-IgE-GI-FAs) include food protein-induced enterocolitis syndrome, food protein-induced allergic proctocolitis, food protein-induced enteropathy, and eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders. Faculty will use cases to illustrate the presenting symptoms of non-IgE-GI-FAs, prognosis, treatment options, and when to refer to a specialist.
