Thomas Glenn, M.D., was born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome and now is a pediatric cardiology fellow. He will share how physicians can play a vital role in helping children and teens with chronic conditions develop resilience. Dr. Glenn also will outline strategies to help young patients “own” their conditions and transition from pediatric to adult providers.
