Cannabidiol (CBD), a chemical compound in cannabis plants, is widely available in unregulated forms. It is popularly assumed to be useful for a wide array symptoms such as anxiety, depression, poor sleep, acne, and pain. This session will review the limited evidence on potential benefits and harms of CBD, resources, and how to talk with kids and families.
